Gimbia's Kitchen and Native Son Farm are inviting you to an unforgettable evening where you can gather with your family and share a delicious 3-course meal rooted in West African culture. Each dish will be introduced with its story as we discuss the cultural connections between West African food and traditional Southern cuisine shaped by the generations of bridging the gap between the two continents.
Together, we will celebrate sustainability, local farming, and the warm flavors of a delicious West African meal prepared by Chefs Halima Salazar and Dria Price. This dinner will be a shared experience of culture, community, and connection.
