Join Gimbia's Kitchen, Gnarled Oak Farm, and Farming Foodways for an unforgettable culinary experience. Our theme, Naija Fusion, recreates the deep, rich flavors of West Africa by blending them with nontraditional techniques. This dinner is designed to honor the traditional foodways brought to the south via the transatlantic slave trade while presenting it in ways that focus on both tradition and creativity.
