About the event
Join Gimbia's Kitchen, Gnarled Oak Farm, and Farming Foodways for an unforgettable culinary experience. This dinner will focus on one of the first techniques of food preservation that has been around for thousands of years. We look forward to discussing about how fermentation has also preserved our own cultural histories and made us into who we are today. You'll have the opportunity to learn not only from your hosts but also your neighbors at the table as we switch from our traditional dinner style and foster conversation among our guests.
You will also be the first guests to eat from our new pottery straight from Nigeria :)
Doors open at 6 pm with light refreshments. Dinner starts at 6:30.
